It doesn't feel very fall-like today, but I promised my husband that I would paint my nails with Deborah Lippmann's "Brick House". It's a color that is new for Fall 2011. We both love it. It looks red in the pictures, but it's more like a burnt orange. Absolutely perfect for fall. It also happens to be my husband's favorite color. Anyway, I used two coats in this picture.
For the accent nail, I used China Glaze's "It's Alive". It is also new for Fall 2011 and is part of their Haunting collection. I was worried that it would be more like a top-coat color, but with two coats, I found that the polish was opaque. :)
I'm satisfied with my current mani/pedi.
The only complaint I have, and I wonder if others have also found, is that OPI's RapiDry Top Coat doesn't go on very smoothly. It kinda ruined the look on some of my nails. The only reason I'm not freaking out is that I have to work tomorrow and it will probably chip anyway.
